You will play a crucial role in supporting the planning and execution of various events, from corporate functions to large-scale entertainment events. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, creative, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including logistics, timelines, and budgets.

Communicate with vendors, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution.

Organize event materials, such as signage, promotional items, and registration lists.

Provide on-site support during events, managing setup, registration, and attendee assistance.

Track event progress and provide reports to the Events Manager.

Help with post-event tasks, including evaluations, data entry, and feedback collection.

Ensure compliance with event safety and health regulations.
