This is a chance to help make a difference by opening your home to an individual with developmental and/or physical disabilities. Open your home to someone with a disability! We are seeking someone in the Rutherford County area, preferably LaVergne, Smyrna, or Murfreesboro . We are looking for someone who can provide a safe and comfortable home, ensuring the basic physical and emotional needs for our individuals to live a high-quality life. You must be able to establish a supportive and genuine relationship with the individual you house and support. This independently contracted position offers a 24/7 family-like setting for an individual. This role involves caring for a young man in need of assistance with fostering independence, particularly in transportation and self-help skills.

REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma/GED Valid Driver's License Previous experience as a Direct Support Professional is required Willingness to complete training through Community Options Openness to supervisory visits in your home Our Family Model Providers are contracted and reimbursed at a per diem rate, plus they receive monthly room and board from the individual they support.
