Brief Description of Overall Job :

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
• Proficiency in operating farm equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills for equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Previous experience in farm operations, livestock handling and/or mechanical work.
• Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops.
• Ability to use hand tools effectively. 
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings and holidays

Brief Description of Dozer Operator Job Duties :

• Operate bulldozers to perform tasks such as clearing land, pushing soil, and grading surfaces according to job specifications
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on the bulldozer to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct pre-operation checks and report any equipment issues.
• Work collaboratively with others on the job site.
• Familiarity with GPS and other grade control systems.
• Maintain a safe job site. 

Preferred qualifications for higher end of pay range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour.

Sign On Bonus: Total $1,000. $500 after 3 months of successful employment and $500 after 9 months of successful employment.
