Overview Food and Beverage Manager - Hilton McLean Tysons Corner (HOT0BY1V) Hilton McLean Tysons Corner is seeking a passionate Food and Beverage Manager to lead a team in a AAA Four Diamond hotel with a three-meal restaurant, bar/lounge, and In Room Dining. The property focuses on fresh farm-to-table cuisine and exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated, hands-on leader with a strong restaurant background and the ability to contribute a fresh perspective. Previous hotel and union experience is highly preferred. Work Location Hilton McLean at Tysons Corner, 7920 Jones Branch Drive, McLean, VA 22102 Responsibilities Direct and organize the activities of the Food & Beverage departments to maintain high standards of quality, service, and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service. Plan and direct administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department to meet daily operational needs. Implement effective controls of food, beverage, and labor costs. Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards. Hire, train, supervise, counsel, schedule, and evaluate staff. Maintain strong leadership of a team of approximately 20 front-of-house staff. Qualifications What we are looking for: Proven leadership experience in food and beverage, with a strong restaurant background. Previous hotel and union experience is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to contribute a fresh perspective and drive quality service. Ability to manage costs, controls, and compliance with health and safety standards.
