What You’ll Do

As an HVAC Installer Apprentice/Helper, you’ll:

• Assist lead installers with HVAC system installations, ensuring projects are efficient and accurate.
• Build strong customer rapport by delivering exceptional service and professionalism.
• Help stage job sites and adhere to quality standards for flawless installations.
• Maintain organized job sites and inventory for smooth, efficient operations.
• Learn and grow through hands-on training and formal exercises to sharpen your skills.
• Handle paperwork with accuracy and timeliness.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Two years of HVAC experience (preferred) performing installations and ductwork.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with installation and venting codes.
• Personality: Outgoing, motivated, and goal-driven with a passion for teamwork.
• Skills: Strong communication, organizational skills, and a commitment to personal growth.
• Requirements:
  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred; Trade school or Apprentice License a plus.
  • EPA Type II Certification (preferred).

• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
