Job Duties for the Inside Sales Account Manager (ISAM):

• Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to maintain and expand the customer base by providing quotations, technical information, and customer service to direct customers, distributors and/or manufacturer’s representatives.
• Sales forecasting (including waterfall forecasting) and monitoring against actual sales performance.
• SAP system: order entry, order confirmation, sales reports and maintenance.
• Quotation, shipment slip approval, customer general data form and sales order.
• Monitor the Shipping Process for the assigned accounts and lead the problem-solving process.
• Track quotations, sample orders, and pursuit of new orders.
• Answering and supporting customers via phone.
• Build and maintain rapport with key customers by communicating professionally, friendly, and with empathetic tone.
• Assist accounting department with collections as required.
• Assist the warehouse with issues related to customers’ shipments as required.
• Coordinate quality and logistics issues with the appropriate person
• Provide requests to material planner.
• Respond to website inquiries.
• Understanding and complying with the requirements of the IATF standard.

Knowledge:

• With support from team members be able to suggest parts to existing customers based on specifications listed in catalog
• With internal training you must be able to understand our product and make recommendations to customers.
• Recognize opportunities to upsell within the existing customer base.
• College Degree required
• 5 years of Customer Service experience.
