Volt is immediately hiring an Operations Data Analyst in Fountain Valley, CA. Local candidates only please as it is onsite 3 days per week.

As an Operations Data Analystyou will support their Environmental Program department with:
  • Support the team with robust reporting and tracking for various programs and businesses that aim to drive electrified vehicle adoption.
  • Pull reporting every two weeks for distribution.
  • Amend reports as needed with any dealer exceptions and implementing these updates into the existing report.
  • Upload reporting into Company system each month.
  • Maintain database of all historical reporting for audit and tracking purposes.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to continuously improve reporting, prioritizing accuracy while also balancing completeness and ease of use.
  • Implement automation where possible.
  • Collaborate with other groups such as Company's IT affiliate to troubleshoot and resolve any data or reporting issues.
  • Process and reconcile all monthly invoices, payments, and/or rewards for new programs
  • Support other Strategic Environmental Partnership team activities as needed
This is a full-time opportunity, temporary for 3 months, with strong possibility of being extended and moved into other Analyst roles. It also offers the foot in the door of a top company known to hire on our talent. Hours are M-F from 8am- 5pm, position is hybrid working three days onsite and two days remote.

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, V-lookup, etc.)
    • Macros preferred but not required
  • Ability to manage complex datasets pulled from multiple data sources
  • Effective collaborator able to work across multiple departments within the organization
  • Strong, systemic, attention to detail
  • Self-starter, proactive, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, adept at balancing multiple competing priorities
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of SAP is desired, but training is available
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong data visualization skills, ability to present data and processes effectively
Pay Rate: $35/hr
