This position involves maintaining the system, assisting with data migrations, and supporting the creation and management of training content and records. You'll work alongside IT and external vendors to ensure the system's smooth operation, contributing to the development of processes and the training of users to leverage the system efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Support the administration and maintenance of the LMS. Assist with data migrations, system testing, and troubleshooting. Support the development and implementation of training materials, assessments, and reports. Must-Have Skills: Basic LMS navigation and issue troubleshooting. Proficiency in data entry and software tools. Strong customer support or service experience. Industry Experience: No specific industry experience required, but experience in educational technology or corporate training platforms is beneficial.
