Innovation Mortgage is not your typical mortgage broker. We're a fast-paced, innovative team based in Farmington Hills, Michigan, and we’re looking for energetic, motivated individuals to join us! Our 12,000-square-foot office is designed to make work fun—with hangout rooms, team social events, a huge patio, a fully stocked kitchen, and a ping pong table to blow off steam. Position Overview:
If you’re looking for an exciting career where you can learn, grow, and have a good time, this is it! As a Loan Officer Assistant at Innovation Mortgage, you’ll get to shadow licensed loan officers, learn the mortgage biz from the ground up, and take your career to the next level. We’ll provide all the hands-on training and support you need, plus we’ll help you get licensed to become a loan officer.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Shadowing pros: Hang out with licensed loan officers and see how the mortgage world really works.
• Calling leads: Use our dialer to connect with potential clients and give them the best mortgage deals we’ve got.
• Learning the ropes: We’ll teach you everything from the basics to the finer points of the mortgage process. No experience? No problem!
• Having fun: Work hard, play hard! Between your training and calls, take a break in our hangout areas, grab a snack from our kitchen, or challenge a coworker to a game of ping pong.
