The primary responsibilities of this job include managing all food-related logistics for all photoshoots (static and motion) initiated by Brand Marketing team. This includes working closely with the Culinary team to understand product specifications, building and submitting food orders on time, acting as the key point of contact with producers and agency partners, supporting photoshoots across the marketing department, and onboarding new food stylists. The role ensures product accuracy in all photos/video assets by maintaining knowledge of every product, participating in tastings, and holding stylists to Panera’s guidelines. The manager attends photo/video shoots in person or virtually to support food stylists and producers, provide shot retouch notes, and participate in post-production feedback. They support accurate photo/video folder and asset management, manage photo rights usage, and act as the expert on available images. The role also involves managing and coordinating creative asset requests and projects, ensuring brand consistency and quality, and managing the assigned budget for food orders including forecasting and expense reconciliation. Qualifications include 3-5 years of marketing experience, a BA in Marketing or related field, experience in fast casual restaurant or retail marketing, coordination/logistics for photo or video shoots, proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google, and strong communication and organizational skills. The job requires travel to photo/video shoots (~2 times per month) typically in St. Louis, NYC, and LA, and some weekend work depending on shoot schedule. Physical requirements include standing, sitting, talking, hearing, using hands and fingers to operate keyboards, and light lifting and transporting products.
