• Handle verification of benefits process
• Contact patients to inform them of their benefits and college co-insurances as needed.
• Serve as a point of contact for any account issues
• Perform prior and retro authorizations as needed

Requirements:

• High School degree or GED is REQUIRED
• 1+ years of medical billing experiencer

Hours: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm - NO EVENING OR WEEKENDS!
