Are you an experienced NetSuite Administrator ready to take your career to the next level? We’re looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a NetSuite Administrator. In this key role, you’ll manage, optimize, and support our NetSuite ERP system while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with our business goals in a hospitality environment.

About the Role:

As the NetSuite Administrator, you will work closely with the Accounting Department and IT team, helping to improve processes, maintain system integrity, and drive efficiency. You’ll serve as the technical point of contact for troubleshooting, implementing new functionality, and supporting corporate initiatives that impact the Accounting Department.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and implement new functionalities in NetSuite with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Ensure internal controls, data integrity, and audit readiness across ERP workflows.
• Build and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and KPIs to aid financial decision-making.
• Act as the primary contact for ERP troubleshooting, user training, and documentation.
• Collaborate with property general managers and bookkeeping staff to improve reporting for operations teams.
• Handle NetSuite administrative and support tasks, including user management and system maintenance.
• Lead NetSuite integration projects and act as a liaison with NetSuite Support.
• Continuously document and improve policies for system governance, access, workflows, and data security.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Business Systems, or a related field.
• 4+ years’ experience in ERP administration, with 2+ years specific to NetSuite.
• Strong knowledge of financial operations, ERP systems, and compliance in a hospitality environment.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively across finance and IT teams.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Self-motivation, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Salary Range: $80,000–$95,000 per year
