Position Title: NetSuite Administrator/Developer

Department: Technology

Reports To: Principal Engineer

General Summary: Responsible for optimizing and maintaining our NetSuite ERP system including system customization, user support, troubleshooting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance business processes.

Essential Job Functions:

• System Configuration and Customization
  • Working closely with stakeholders from different departments to understand their business needs and translate them into effective NetSuite solutions.
  • Implement and maintain custom scripts, workflows, saved searches, and reports
  • Designing and implementing custom records, fields, and forms to capture specific business data.
  • Design, implement and maintain workflow rules and approval processes to streamline business operations
  • Log all the tasks being worked on and keep them up to date.
  • Effectively communicate system changes, updates and issue resolutions to relevant stakeholders
• User Support and Training
  • Provide support, documentation, and training for existing and newly implemented workflows
  • Provide support and training on ad-hoc basis across organization
  • Create and maintain customized reports, dashboards and saved searches to provide valuable business insights to various departments.
  • Bulk Data Import and Export: Support end users on bulk data import and export requests.
  • Data Analysis: Assisting with data extraction and analysis to support decision making processes
• System Maintenance, Upgrades and Sandbox Management
  • Staying up to date with NetSuite releases and new features, evaluating their relevance, and managing the implementation of updates.
  • Address system outages and performance issues
  • Monitoring system usage, performance, and identifying areas for optimization.
  • Perform routine tasks to ensure smooth operation of the Netsuite system
  • Managing and maintaining NetSuite sandbox environments for testing and development purposes.
• Integration Managements
  • Work cross functionally to integrate NetSuite with other systems as they are implemented
  • Manage integration issues (including Celigo, Amazon, SPS, CommerceHub, RF Smart)
• Security and Access Control
  • Creating and managing internal user accounts, roles, permissions, and access controls to maintain data security and appropriate segregation of duties.
• Willingness to learn new software applications

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field
• Proven experience as NetSuite Administrator including SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder
• Background in JavaScript preferred
• Familiarity with product manufacturing is preferred
• NetSuite Administrator Certification is preferred
• Accuracy & attention to detail
• An ability to prioritize and manage expectations
• Strong interpersonal skills with exceptional conflict resolution attributes
• Proficiency in NetSuite ERP required
• Proficiency in Celigo, Amazon Seller, SPS Commerce, CommerceHub, RF Smart preferred
• Work history that demonstrates a strong work ethic
• Adaptability & stress tolerance
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to work hard
