Non-CDL Delivery & Appliance Install Specialist
Location: Gypsum, CO

Pay Range: $25.00–$30.00 per hour (DOE)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Delivery & Appliance Install Specialist to join our team. In this physical and fast-paced role, you’ll deliver and install appliances, interact with customers, and represent our brand with excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles (no CDL required) to deliver goods locally and on time
• Load and unload appliances and packages using proper handling methods
• Safely install appliances and ensure proper hookups (training provided)
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and complete all assigned paperwork
• Perform daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Communicate professionally with customers, resolving concerns on-site
• Support warehouse operations, including basic inventory tasks and loading

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old (for insurance and DOT coverage compliance)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must pass background check and drug screening (in accordance with applicable laws)
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and performing physically demanding tasks
• Appliance install or delivery experience is preferred but not required
• Warehouse equipment experience (e.g., pallet jack, forklift) is a plus
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Must be able to work independently and within a team environment

Schedule

• Shifts begin at 7:00 AM
• Full-time and part-time shifts available
• Some weekend availability may be required

Compensation & Benefits
