Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) – Skilled Nursing Facility

Location: Millsboro, Delaware 

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to lead a rehabilitation and nursing center in Millsboro, Delaware. 

What You’ll Do

• Provide strong leadership and direction to staff across all departments.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain high-quality standards of care.
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and operational efficiency.
• Foster a positive and supportive environment for residents, families, and staff.
• Manage emergency and on-call responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Current Nursing Home Administrator license (Delaware)
• Proven leadership experience within a skilled nursing or rehab facility
