Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a high-performing payroll team.
• Manage bi-weekly payroll and off-cycle processing.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Resolve pay discrepancies and serve as a payroll resource for employees and HR staff.
• Oversee payroll tax filings, payments, and reporting.
• Drive process improvements and support system updates.

What You Bring:

• Associate's degree in HR, Accounting, Business, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of payroll supervisory experience.
• Expertise in payroll systems, tax laws, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
