📍 Location: Pennsauken, NJ
SIGN-ON BONUS $250
💵 Pay: $42–$45/hour for LPNs | $52–$55/hour for RNs
🕒 Shifts Available:
Fridays: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM & 11:00 PM–7:00 AM
Saturdays: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, or 11:00 PM–7:00 AM
Sundays: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, or 11:00 PM–7:00 AM
📅 Schedule: Per Diem | Weekends and Overnights Available
Are you an experienced LPN or RN looking to provide high-acuity, one-on-one care in a home setting? Affirmed Home Care is actively seeking skilled and compassionate nurses for a pediatric case involving a trach/vent-dependent child (21 months old) located in Pennsauken, NJ .
This is a highly rewarding long-term opportunity with stable hours to care for a medically fragile child and support their family with expert, individualized nursing care.
About the CasePatient: 21-month-old pediatric client with tracheostomy and ventilator
Environment: In-home, private duty care
Team-Oriented: Work collaboratively with a supportive care team and nurse supervisors
Provide direct, one-on-one care to a medically complex pediatric client
Monitor and manage trach and ventilator equipment
Administer medications and assist with daily needs
Respond to medical changes or emergencies with confidence and professionalism
Accurately chart and communicate with family and clinical staff
Required:
Active LPN or RN license in the state of New Jersey
Current CPR certification
Experience with trach and vent care (required for this case)
Reliable transportation to and from the client’s home
Comfortable working independently in a private duty setting
Preferred:
Prior pediatric home care experience
Familiarity with mobile charting and communication apps
Flexible availability for overnight/weekend shifts
