Hours: Estimate 40 hours per month
About the Role :
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support both professional executive and personal tasks in a part-time, mostly remote capacity. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple responsibilities with discretion and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
· Schedule and coordinate business and personal meetings.
· Plan and manage travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
· Assist in organizing and coordinating both business-related and personal events.
· Run occasional errands locally (e.g., car drop off for repair, simple shopping, vet visits, mail
packages, etc.). Mostly in the Carlsbad/Solana Beach areas.
· Oversee home management tasks, including:
o Schedule service providers (e.g., landscapers, plumbers, painters) for Solana Beach residence.
o Coordinate occasional maintenance and repairs, research and provide comparative vendor quotes.
o On-site project management and follow-up as needed.
Preferred/Optional Skills:
· Experience with website design and maintenance.
· Graphic design skills for occasional marketing or presentation materials.
· Project management skills.
Ideal Candidate Attributes:
· Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Self-starter who can work independently and manage time effectively.
· Trustworthy, reliable, and discreet with sensitive information.
· Familiarity with calendar and travel management tools (Google Calendar, Triplt, etc.).
· Familiarity with home and property management.
· Dog lover, willingness to help with dogs occasionally or schedule dog care.
Requirements:
· Must be located within a reasonable driving distance to Carlsbad and Solana Beach for occasional
on-site responsibilities.
· Prior experience as an assistant, project or office manager, or similar administrative role preferred.
· Must have own car for errands and transport.
