Join Our Urbana Team as a Nocturnist Hospital Medicine Physician – A Role Designed for You

We are hiring for a Nocturnist position. Our Nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Nocturnist candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.

Local Team Collaboration:

• Join our close-knit team of 4 physicians at OSF Heart of Mary.

Qualifications:

• Board-certified/eligible in family or internal medicine.
• ACLS certification
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• We proudly sponsor H1B visa candidates and provide in-house visa specialists, licensing, and credentialing support. All required filing fees for the visa are covered by Sound.

Scheduling:

• We are currently seeking a Nocturnist physician to work night shifts.
• Flexible scheduling is available. Full-time positions follow a 7-day on, 7-day off rotation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Admissions and cross-coverage calls.
• Closed ICU and no procedures required.

• Compensation: Competitive annual salary from $345,800 to $409,500.
