GE HealthCare Command Center is an operational application designed to help customers optimize patient flow and care delivery. Command Center is currently installed in 300+ global hospitals including Johns Hopkins, Duke Health System, Providence Health, etc. Learn about our product line & solution offering: We are seeking a talented and motivated MBA intern to join our product team. This role will be responsible for helping to evaluate new opportunities for Command Center. The internship will offer a unique opportunity to work on a cutting-edge digital health solution and gain hands-on experience in product management, strategy, and innovation. Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and execute product strategies. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify target user personas and market opportunities. Assist in the development of value propositions, cost/pricing models, and go-to-market strategies. Build user requirements for product features. Support the prioritization of product features and enhancements based on customer needs and business goals. Participate in cross-functional team meetings to ensure alignment and successful product delivery. Contribute to the creation of product documentation, presentations, and reports. Basic Qualifications: Currently enrolled in an MBA program. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 3+ years of relevant professional work experience which occurred after completing your undergraduate program and prior to starting your MBA or master's program. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field Passion for digital health, data analytics, cloud computing, and AI technologies. 5+ years of previous experience in product management, consulting, or a related field. Familiar with the healthcare industry, particularly hospital operations Familiarity with healthcare data and workflows. Experience owning technical product lifecycle, including product roadmap and feature prioritization. Eligibility Requirements Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
