DAY-TO-DAY
Your days will be filled with exciting responsibilities that will challenge both your organizational skills and your ability to think on your feet. From meeting with homeowners and potential clients to review their desired work, to scheduling and attending pre-planning sessions with our trusted contractors, you'll be the driving force behind our successful projects. In addition to these office duties, your role as a Project Manager will also take you out onto the field. You will be responsible for scheduling and conducting pre-roofing meetings and inspections, ensuring that everything is in place before the roofing work begins. Your keen eye for detail and ability to manage projects will be crucial in meeting targeted schedules and costs, ensuring rapid project close-out and turnover. But it doesn't stop there! As a Project Manager, you'll also be the go-to person when problems or issues arise. Whether they are technical or contractual in nature, you'll rise to the challenge and find creative solutions, all while maintaining a cool and confident demeanor.
YOUR SCHEDULE
This position will work a regular schedule of 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday .
