Job Overview Under general supervision, the Salesforce Developer provides systems support in developing and enhancing business systems to deliver new or improved products to clients, or to support internal planning, reporting, and analysis tools.
Essential Functions - Formulate and define systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding.
- Develop or modify moderately complex Salesforce-based information systems.
- Analyze business and user needs, document requirements, and revise existing system logic as necessary.
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and Apex code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business requirements are met with scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Guide and advise less-experienced Business Systems Analysts.
- Evaluate the business implications of applying Salesforce technology to current processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in systems analysis or Salesforce development.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Knowledge of business-wide applications (e.g., third-party software, internal operational applications, or IQVIA client-facing products).
- Demonstrated ability to understand client requirements and underlying infrastructure applications, systems, and processes.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Administrator) are a plus.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $69,600.00 - $174,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
