As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment within a financial institution setting. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the location, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to all visitors and staff. This position requires you to drive as part of your patrol duties, so a valid driver's license is necessary. You will be expected to communicate clearly and professionally, respond promptly to incidents, and work collaboratively with your team to uphold the values of Allied Universal. What Youll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior. Working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Observe and report any unusual activity, property damage, or maintenance needs encountered during patrols.
• Communicate clearly and promptly with Allied Universal management and/or client representatives regarding incidents, concerns, or requests.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and helping to maintain an orderly environment within the financial institution.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• A valid drivers license is required and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
