Job Requirements:
Reflects MINIMUM EDUCATION, TRAINING, CERTIFICATION and EXPERIENCE required in order to meet the expectations of this job:
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, IT or a related field and 4+ years of experience working in email and web development, with high-volume web/email experience.
* Mastery of HTML/CSS.
* Working knowledge with email marketing tools and analytics platforms. Demonstrated ability to analyze and understand data.
* Experience with enterprise ESP platform required; Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud preferred - Journey Optimizer, Experience Platform, and Journey Analytics.
* Ability to understand and execute creative HTML solutions for ambiguous problems.
* Strong understanding of API development and integration possibilities in the consumer marketing space.
* Experience with major CMS platforms, such Adobe Experience Manager.
* Experience slicing, optimizing, and exporting graphics.
* Able to manage time and juggle competing priorities to execute high-quality deliverables.
* Experience working closely and development relationships with Creative, UX, and IT partners and stakeholders.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
