School Based Openings across Tennessee We're currently hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (CF-SLPs and CCC-SLPs) for the 2025-2026 school year and beyond! Options are available for both full-time and part-time for CCC-SLPs.
Sidekick Therapy Partners is a leading pediatric private practice in Tennessee and North Carolina, serving over 5,000 children each week in 30+ school districts, our outpatient clinics, and via teletherapy. Sidekick's unique model focuses on 1:1 therapy, without the administrative burden of IEP meetings.
Requirements: Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, ASHA CCC-SLP certification, and eligibility for Tennessee licensure (if CCC-SLP) OR on track for Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (CF-SLP). You'll be expected to perform professional duties and adhere to the standards of care set by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), as well as state and federal laws and regulations.

- Additional stipends available for CF Supervision, District Coordinator, and Clinical Lead roles
- Sidekick covers Professional Liability Insurance
- $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time per-session hires and $2,500 sign-on bonus for part-time per-session hires (CCCs only)
