In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for helping to identify issues, generate solutions, and verify the solutions are implemented as designed. This role will require communication skills to convey solutions and results to teammates and leadership.This position can be located in either Marlborough, MA or Tewksbury, MA and may require occasional travel.What You will Do:Development of concepts of operations for radar systemsRadar processing algorithm developmentRadar software requirements developmentStatistical and numerical analysis of radar performance dataAnalysis tool development in support of problem identification and resolutionCollaboration with Systems and Software Engineers to develop and implement solutionsPresent findings and solutions to Leadership and/or CustomersAdditional focus areas for these radar systems are signal processing and waveform design, electronic protection methods, phased array and digital beamforming technology, radar search, track and discrimination design, target and threat modeling, integration and test of large radar systems, MBSE. This position requires daily on-site support and is not open to hybrid or remote possibilitiesQualifications You Must Have:Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and 2 years of prior relevant experience.The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
