We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Permanent Tax Attorney to join our well-established legal team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a solid background in tax law and a passion for navigating the intricacies of tax formation and business tax. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive legal advice on a wide range of tax matters to ensure our clients' compliance with tax laws and regulations.

1. Provide expert advice on tax laws, regulations, and practices across various jurisdictions.
2. Develop innovative tax strategies and planning solutions tailored to the needs of our clients.
3. Represent clients in tax audits and proceedings, ensuring their rights are protected and their obligations are met.
4. Review and interpret tax legislation, regulations, court decisions, and administrative rulings.
5. Prepare and review complex tax returns and reports.

Job Details

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a tax attorney with a focus on tax formation and business tax.
3. Admission to the state bar.
4. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Master of Laws (LLM) in Taxation is highly desirable.
5. Proven track record of successfully handling complex tax cases.
