Job Description Regal Boats seeks a creative and passionate Videographer to join our Marketing Team. Responsible for capturing high‑quality content for new products, creating compelling advertisements, and documenting events that reflect the Regal brand. Involves traveling to events, collaborating across departments, and leading the production of promotional and corporate content. Key Responsibilities Capture high‑quality videos of new products, boats and features for marketing campaigns. Travel to on‑water photo shoots to capture content for marketing assets. Lead post‑production efforts, including editing and finalising video and photo content to align with the brand. Edit existing footage for social media and online content. Improve internal and external communication production value. Create engaging video content for advertisements across social media, digital platforms and other channels. Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative concepts. Travel to Regal events and boat shows to document activities, presentations and key moments. Support Regal‑wide initiatives by capturing event footage. Stay current on trends in videography to bring fresh ideas to the table. Maintain and organise video and photo libraries. Required Qualifications Online demo reel demonstrating past work. Strong knowledge of videography techniques, camera operation, audio control and natural lighting. Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci, Final Cut Pro). Experience in drone videography and aerial photography. Familiarity with marketing trends and social media video formats (Instagram Reels, TikTok). Basic skills in photo editing (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom). Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Willingness to travel for events and on‑location shoots. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Positive, "whatever‑it‑takes" attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications Strong photography and photo editing skills. Knowledge of motion graphics (lower‑third tracking, After Effects). Knowledge of audio editing and sound design. Part 107 Certified. Previous experience in marine or outdoor lifestyle industries. Boating experience or passion for boating. Passport for possible international travel. Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment as well as outdoor and on‑location settings. Regular use of video equipment, computers and standard office tools is required. Physical Demands The role requires regular sitting at a desk and prolonged computer use; occasional lifting up to 15 pounds. Other Duties Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
