We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Remote Donor Engagement Representative to join our development team. In this role, you will build and maintain meaningful relationships with donors, ensuring they feel valued, informed, and connected to our mission. You’ll serve as a key point of contact for supporters, helping to retain donors and deepen their engagement through personalized communication and exceptional service.
Previous experience in customer service, donor relations, fundraising, or nonprofit engagement (remote experience preferred).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable speaking with donors of all giving levels in a professional and warm manner.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM databases, Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, and communication tools like Zoom or Slack.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Passion for nonprofit work and a genuine interest in building lasting relationships.
