Many of our financial representatives earn up to $100,000 in their first year. Your earnings are limited only by your work ethic and ambition.

The harder you are willing to work, the more you will earn. There is no cap in earnings.

Qualifications:

Highly motivated and self-disciplined

Positive attitude and accountability

Organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills

Great communicator active listening skills and the ability to explain complex information in a simple and concise manner is essential.

DUTIES:

Schedule appointments and meet with potential clients

Make product recommendations to help clients meet their financial goals

Provide ongoing service and support to existing clients

Be a structured and coachable team player that is open to sales training development

Recruit, train, and develop new associates to build your own team of licensed agents.
