Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists in obtaining complete application packages from borrowers. Inputs all necessary information in nCino to originate new loans, renewals, modifications, forbearances, etc. Inputs appraisal orders in FICRIS and completes the process once appraisal review is completed. Prepares and assembles documentation for loans. Checks documents for proper vetting, legal descriptions, closing dates and signatures. Makes appointments, sends out letters, cards, and any correspondence to customers, follows up with customers for financial information and sends to commercial ticklers email, monitors past due reports, monitors maturing loan report, monitors annual review deadlines, enters calls, contacts, prospects, and pipelines in IQ, and other sales/lending related functions. Cross-sells financial institution products and services as appropriate. Supports individual team members with any administrative functions. Other Regional Commercial Manager assigned work. Provides the best service to our customers with innovative and creative solutions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma or equivalent. Recommended five-years in commercial banking-related experience. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Good understanding of financial institution products and services. Proficient with computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to deal with time constraints and strong attention to detail. Extended hours sitting and performing computer tasks may be required.
