Job Description

As a video editor for Mint, you’ll be editing full-length Minecraft movies (typically 40–60 minutes). You’ll be responsible for shaping the story, pacing, audio, and visuals to create high-quality, engaging content for YouTube. These projects require creativity, consistency, and a passion for both editing and Minecraft. Job Requirements:

• Basic understanding of Minecraft – You should recognize in-game sounds (mobs, items, events, etc.) to use appropriate audio cues and sound effects.
• Proficiency in video editing software – Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.
• Basic sound design skills – Knowing when and how to use sound effects, music, and voice to enhance emotional impact.
• Strong communication skills – We value collaboration and feedback throughout the editing process.
• Storytelling sense – Ability to craft scenes with good pacing, emotion, and cinematic flair.
• Time management – Be able to work within a reasonable deadline, depending on the video’s length.
